The Imaginary Invalid

For this project, I draped, patterned, and constructed the banyan robe, pants, and headpiece for the lead character, Argan, for this production. His costume was based in historic menswear but adapted to mimic a baby, in the bib and pants silhouette, to lean into the comedia. This was my first complete costume build, drape to stage.
